Terms of Service

By using Zemavia you accept these terms. They describe the app as it is today: free at its core with an optional Premium subscription, without accounts, keeping data on your device.
The service
Zemavia produces a birth chart, astrocartography lines and city rankings from the birth details you enter. These outputs are for entertainment and personal reflection; they are not a basis for relocation, travel or life decisions.
Acceptance
Using the app means you accept the current version of these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Rules of use
You may use the app only for lawful purposes. Disrupting the service, copying its source code, or obstructing others' use is prohibited.
Intellectual property
The app's design, texts, images and brand belong to their owners. The Zemavia name and logo may not be used without permission.
Premium subscription
Zemavia's core features are free. Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play; what it includes is listed on the Subscription screen in the app.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the price the store shows for that period, until you cancel. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the renewal.
When a free trial is offered, the subscription starts and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before). Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
You can manage and cancel the subscription in Settings › Subscriptions on iPhone and in Google Play › Subscriptions on Android. Deleting the app does not cancel it. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; Premium stays on until then.
Payments are taken by Apple or Google; refunds are requested through that store, under its rules. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". No guarantee is given about the accuracy of results or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published in the app; continuing to use it means you accept the current terms.
